A devoted mother whose love and strength became the heart of A Leg Forever Foundation, Liz Norden turned unimaginable pain into purpose after her two sons, J.P. and Paul, each lost a leg in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. The outpouring of kindness her family received from friends, neighbors, and strangers inspired her to create a foundation that ensures no amputee or family walks their journey alone.

Guided by compassion, gratitude, and an unshakable belief in paying it forward, Liz continues to lead A Leg Forever with the same love and determination that first inspired its mission.

Caitlin serves on the Board of Directors of the A Leg Forever Foundation, bringing both professional administrative experience and a deeply personal connection to the organization’s mission. As the daughter of co-founder Liz Norden and sister to JP and Paul, Caitlin has been part of the foundation’s story from the beginning and remains committed to supporting amputees and their families.

Before transitioning into her current administrative career, Caitlin worked at Francesca’s Children’s Hospital, supporting children and teens ages 5 to 19. Her experience in a pediatric care environment strengthened her compassion, communication skills, and understanding of family-centered support.

Caitlin has spent the past decade as an administrative assistant, developing strong organizational and operational abilities that she brings to her role on the Board. Her attention to detail, steady leadership style, and firsthand understanding of the foundation’s origins make her an invaluable contributor to A Leg Forever’s continued growth.

Marcus brings a decade of experience in the healthcare industry and a deep commitment to community service to his role on the A Leg Forever Foundation Board of Directors. A graduate of Bryant University with a dual concentration in Finance and Economics, Marcus completed a financial internship during college that helped shape his path toward his current role as a Financial Analyst.​

Beyond his professional achievements, Marcus is passionate about giving back. He has served as a volunteer coach with the Twice as Strong Hockey Program, worked with the Special Olympics, and continues’ to volunteer with a local community food market. His blend of professional insight, leadership, and compassion for others makes him a valued member of the Foundation’s leadership team.
