Elizabeth Norden

Elizabeth (Liz) Norden serves as the Co-Founder and President of A Leg Forever Foundation. With a heartfelt dedication to supporting amputees and their families, Liz has transformed personal tragedy into a mission rooted in hope, resilience, and compassion. Under her leadership, the foundation has grown into a vital resource for the amputee community—providing financial assistance, emotional support, and a network of encouragement for individuals navigating limb loss. Liz's unwavering commitment continues to guide the foundation's purpose and inspire all who are a part of its mission.

Caitlin Moreschi

Caitlin Moreschi, daughter of co-founder Liz Norden and sister to JP and Paul, brings deep dedication and compassion to her role on the board. With more than a decade of experience as an administrative assistant and prior work supporting children ages 5 through 19 at Francesca's Children's Hospital, Caitlin brings both strong organizational skills and a heartfelt commitment to helping others. Her involvement with A Leg Forever over the past several years reflects her personal connection to the foundation's mission and her consistent willingness to support those who come to ALF for assistance. Known for her warm, dependable presence, Caitlin remains an important part of the leadership team.

Marcus Brown

Marcus Brown brings a decade of experience in the healthcare industry and a strong commitment to community service to his role on the board. A graduate of Bryant University with a dual concentration in Finance and Economics, Marcus gained hands-on operational and financial experience through a corporate internship and now serves as a Financial Analyst. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Marcus actively gives back to the community. He has volunteered as a coach with the Twice as Strong Hockey Program, supported the Special Olympics, and continues to contribute to a local community food market. His blend of professional insight, leadership, and compassion makes him a valued member of the board.

Jennifer Machedo

Jennifer, a Boston native as well as a devoted mother and grandmother, brings over 25 years of dedicated service to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), where she has held a variety of roles. Now in her second term as President of Local 453, she is recognized for her strong leadership and her ability to foster collaboration and unity. Her professional strengths, her organizational acumen, collaborative approach, and steady commitment are central to her role on the board.

While working at Back Bay Station during the Boston Marathon bombing, Jennifer witnessed the events firsthand and felt compelled to help. This pivotal moment led her to reach out to ALF and become deeply committed to advancing the foundation's purpose and mission. For the past four years, Jennifer has been a passionate advocate for A Leg Forever, known for her willingness to support every initiative and her team-centered approach. Her ability to bring people together and unify efforts makes her an invaluable member of the board.
